Project Implementation
  1. The project is implemented by Sikkim University and ATREE by constituting a Project Team to implement the project activities.

  2. An Advisory Committee has been constituted with representatives from Sikkim University, Government and Non-Government Organisations. The key responsibility of this Committee is to

    1. Support the project team in networking and linking with appropriate government departments, institutions and experts

    2. Advise the project team towards regional, national and international policy alignments

    3. Participate in at least one of the various project review and monitoring meetings to be held in Gangtok.

  3. A project monitoring and evaluation committee has been constituted to assess achievements of the various results of the project as well as providing technical feedback to the project. The key roles of this committee include

    1. Participate in project review meetings once in 6 months in Gangtok

    2. Be part of the review process with the project team to monitor progress towards objectives and outputs of the project

    3. Provide technical feedback and suggestions for various aspect/components of the project

    4. Suggest networking and linking with appropriate institutions and experts and possible donors

    5. Provide expertise wherever relevant to different aspects and components of the project

    6. Participate in field visits with the project team wherever deemed convenient
